A traditional and truly authentic Romanian restaurant
Inspired by Alin Serban, Transylvania Restaurant is Bristol’s longest established authentic and traditional Romanian cuisine.
The venue, an unusual city centre setting, with decor to suit the home of Dracula – Transylvania Castle.
With Dracula himself at the door to greet you, and in the main room bats above you waiting for an opportunity to “steal” your meal!
It’s a great setting, with a fun image and music to suit. You may even say its a little creepy…..
Transylvania finds itself on the first floor at 44 Park Street, with an unmissable sign, depicting the Castle itself. Parking is off-street and easy to get to.
We cater to both private parties such as christenings, birthdays and engagement as well as wedding parties.
Currently, we have a great offer for the after-work diner, 2 courses for only £9.95 between 5pm and 7pm from Monday to Thursday, well worth a visit.
Why book at Transylvania? Well, it’s definitely different from your normal high street chain! It’s an independent and authentic business managed and owned by the original creators.
It’s easy to get to with plenty of off street parking and also near the Park Row and Colston Hall NCP.
Transylvania welcomes children and seating for minors is provided. We welcome all kinds of parties; personal, office, Christmas and New Year as well as birthdays, christenings and weddings.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
